Omnicroft Estate and Block Management is based in Medway, Kent and provides property management services and consultancy. Our area coverage spans London and Kent.

Based in Medway, we are well situated to provide management services across Kent and London. Unlike other estate and block management companies we like to ensure that we and our contractors can provide fast responses to all your property management needs.

We manage sites in:

Kent – South East London, M25 Region, Ashford, Beckenham, Birchington, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Chatham, Chislehurst, Dartford, Erith, Faversham, Folkestone, Gravesend, Herne Bay, Lordswood, Maidstone, Margate, New Romney, Rainham, Ramsgate, Rochester, Sandgate, Sheerness, Sidcup, Sittingbourne, Tonbridge, Walderslade, Welling, Westgate-on-Sea and West Malling.

London – Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark.
