The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors regulates Omnicroft Ltd on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the purposes of General Insurance Distribution Activities. Therefore, Omnicroft Ltd is included on the register maintained by the FCA.

Scope of permission – General Insurance Distribution Activities are regulated activities that are specified under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

They are:

• dealing in General Insurance Contracts as agents;
• arranging (bringing about) deals in General Insurance Contracts;
• making arrangements with a view to transactions in General Insurance Contracts;
• assisting in the administration and performance of a General Insurance Contract of insurance;
• advising on General Insurance Contracts; and
• agreeing to carry on any of the above.
