Warren Dann – Director

Warren has over 25 years’ of wide ranging industry experience. In 2012 he transitioned from the Insurance Industry to the Residential Property Management sector and joined forces in to his sisters growing business. His wealth of experience in the Insurance Industry and understanding of rigourous compliance, process and regulation has aided his evolution from one business sector to another. Warren is responsible for the day to day running of Omnicroft and also manages a portfolio of developments/estates. Warren is also accredited by the (FCA) Financial Conduct Authority.

Aaron Donoghue – Senior Property Manager

Aaron has worked in the residential property management sector for 20+ years. He is responsible for the delivery of all residential property management services and oversees all the property managers and assistant property managers at Omnicroft. Aaron has extensive knowledge of many different types of property and deals with Freehold, Leasehold and Developer Clients.

Amy Hodges – Property Manager

Amy has worked within Estate and Block Management since 2007 dealing with properties predominantly in Kent. She started as a Property Management Assistant, working her way up to Manager level. Having worked in customer facing roles for 15 years, she prides herself on providing a high level of customer service. Amy manages a small portfolio of properties.

Victoria Sproul – Property Manager

Victoria began her career in Block Management in 1999, with experience in managing large and small buildings, large new build developments and converted properties in Kent and London. Victoria has extensive knowledge of many different types of property with both Freehold and Leasehold and strives to provide the best service to both clients and residents alike.

Rashmee Tas – Senior Assistant Property Manager

Rashmee joined Omnicroft in 2017, as an Administrator and was then promoted to Senior Assistant Property Manager. She has maintained a career in residential property and estate management since an early age, and is committed to providing the best possible service to all. The Assistant Property Managers report to Rashmee on a daily basis.

Kimberley Sadler – Junior Property Manager

Nicole Cowling – Assistant Property Manager

Nicole joined Omnicroft in April 2026 and comes from a social housing property management background. She has 7+ years of property management experience and manages a portfolio of properties.

Samantha Clay – Head of Finance and Office Administration

Sam joined Omnicroft in 2019. She is responsible for day-to-day client accounting and management of the Omnicroft office infrastructure.

Andrea Lee – Office Administrator

Andrea works for Omnicroft on a part time basis, reporting to Samantha Clay and assisting with general office duties.

Tracy O’Toole – Director

Tracy founded Omnicroft in 2007, she has worked in the Residential Property Management sector for over 40+ years. Tracy specialises in pre-contract enquiries, legal and technical issues – as and when required – and project work.

Natalie Cole – Health & Safety and Fire Safety Manager

Natalie has extensive knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulation and provides best advice to both clients and residents alike.

Tom Madge – Chartered Accountant

Tom is an independent Chartered Accountant who Omnicroft has consistently recommended to its clients’.  Tom offers expert Service Charge Accounts preparation at economical rates.
