Meet our property managment team:

Tracy O’Toole - Director:
I have worked in the industry for over 27 years as a Property Manager and have been running my own Company since 2007 as I wish to provide a first class, quality management service for residential blocks of flats/house management throughout Kent and the South East.

Katrina French – Office Manager:
As Office Manager Katrina is responsible for all Omnicroft’s administration and also deals with the day to day running of the office.

Tom Madge:
A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the Residential Property Management sector, providing consultancy to both large and small operators in the industry. Tom qualified in 1978 and has been running his own practise since 1998. Tom specialises in the design and development of bespoke systems.

Denise Dormer:
With over 16 years working in the Information Technology industry, Denise is well placed to service all of Omnicroft’s IT requirements.
She maintains the network and all systems to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, whilst keeping all data secure and backed up daily.

Dolores O’Reilly - Director:
Dolores has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of Property Management. She is widely conversant with established, listed and new buildings.

Dolores has gained an extensive and impressionable amount of expertise which she now brings to Omnicroft. She has a reassuring ability to unravel any problem and more crucially, “to get the job done”. She has an ability to make the difficult happen and the impossible be realized!

Warren Dann - Director:
Warren has over 20 years experience with Insurance processes for both Leasehold residential and mixed use estate management. He is a passionate advocate for raising standards in the industry. Warren also ensures that we at Omnicroft are delivering a first class service and monitors all feedback. 99% of our new business is via word-of-mouth - which we're very pleased about.

Warren firmly believes in, "if a job needs doing, it’s worth doing right the first time."

CONTRACTORS:
Omnicroft Ltd has built up a very good relationship with local contractors. None of which we have any personal relationship with whatsoever. These contractors provide a first class service, are cost effective and extremely reliable.

We are aware that you are happy with some of your current contractors and would not wish to change them.

We only change contractors when you, the Director/Client instruct us to do so.

We will make our recommendations and you will be free to choose the options proposed to you the Director/Client.

We welcome your input and are happy to work alongside your current contractors, who will of course be very familiar with the block/estate.
