Property Administrator/Accounts Assistant
Omnicroft Ltd currently has an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join our team based in Rainham in Kent.
Established in 2007, Omnicroft Ltd is a growing, family run, residential property management company that provides maintenance and management services to developers, freeholders and residential management companies across Kent and South East London.
This is a varied, busy and interesting role. Duties include answering the telephone, assisting with general queries, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and providing administrative support to the Directors, Property Managers and the Accounts Team.
We are looking for someone who is able to work well within a team, has strong administrative skills, a confident telephone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good knowledge of Excel and Word and Outlook, with some minor accounting experience. Some Access experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We offer a salary range of £15,000 – £18,000 dependant on experience, pension auto-enrolment and 20 days holiday per year.

We are closed: Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period.
