- Contact us to start the process of changing managing agent
- Advise us who your existing agent is
- Sign the resignation letter – (we will draft it for you)
- Sign the contract.
Omnicroft Residential Property Management will do everything else – including an audit of the accounts, which will highlight any accounting anomalies. Once you’re managed by Omnicroft Residential Property Management you’ll receive all the services on our standard property management services page.
